The current renovation package contains the following
Demolition:
- Kitchen demolition.
- Bathroom demolition.
- Removal of old material, good cleaning of the space.
Electrical:
- Installation control and electrical panel control.
- New installation in the kitchen and installation of electrical sockets.
- Installation for the bathroom lamp and washing machine socket installation.
Bathroom:
- Research and space design (Plan).
- Hydraulic installation with multi-layer valsir piping to the main switch.
- Installation of sewer system with pipes and valsir siphons.
- Laying tiles on walls and floors, construction of a built-in shower.
- Installation of sanitary ware (basin, hanging sink, batteries, mirror, accessories).
Kitchen:
- Research and space design (Plan).
- Construction and installation of kitchen cabinets of 6.5 running meters.
- Manufacture and installation of white melamine boxes with opening pads (made of melamine) type bakelite with perimeter PVC.
- Installation of a 4cm slow-burning and unheated bakelite bench, chest of drawers with shutter brake hinges.
- Installation of a spoon holder, liquid collector, rubble in aluminum color, bar type knobs 9.6cm.
- Wide range of color options.
- Construction of a new plumbing installation and sewer system installation.
- Installation of kitchen faucet, sink and hood.
- Laying tiles in the kitchen mirror.
Painting:
- Interior painting of the house on perimeter walls and ceilings.
- Branded Colors: Vitex, Vivechrom (ecological).
- Primer will be applied to the repairs and two coats of paint. Coloring will be the customer's choice.
EVERY PACKAGE IS FLEXIBLE AND THE CUSTOMER CAN SELECT THE SPECIFICS THAT HE/SHE DESIRES. IN ADDITION, IN EVERY PACKAGE VAT IS NOT INCLUDED
